Experienced Mason / Hardscape Specialist (Full-time)

We are hiring a skilled and reliable mason with experience in stonework and hardscaping for residential and commercial outdoor projects. This includes patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and paver installation.

Responsibilities:
• Build and repair structures using brick, block, stone, and other masonry materials
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, and other hardscape features
• Cut, shape, and lay stone or brick according to project plans and specifications
• Mix and apply mortar, grout, and concrete
• Ensure structural integrity and precision in alignment and leveling
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Operate masonry tools and equipment such as saws, trowels, levels, and compactors
• Work efficiently alone or as part of a small crew
• Communicate with crew managers or clients about project progress and timelines
• Perform basic site prep and cleanup before and after projects

Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on masonry and hardscape experience
• Proficient in stone, brick, and block work
• Able to read plans and execute with precision
• Must be dependable and take pride in high-quality craftsmanship
